This morning the fam and I woke up to a breakfast of crock-pot oatmeal.
I love this Overnight Crock-Pot Oatmeal recipe:
In a lined crock-pot, combine
1 c. steel cut oats
1/2 c. barley (not quick cooking, but regular)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. water
1 c. apple juice
cover and cook overnight on LOW setting.
Serve with brown sugar, nuts, chopped apples, milk, honey, or any other topping you like. Enjoy! Mmmmm.
