11-29-2010 Baking for the Holidays

DH & I attended another of Chef Monika's
fabulous cooking classes tonight:
"Baking for the Holidays"
 The menu included a spiked punch,
roasted root veggies, creamed swiss chard, pork...
 ...and apple struessel made with filo dough... YUM!
