Washed, blocked, tassel attached,

ready to wear!

with -35*F wind chills!

Also finished the baby blanket

for my next door neighbor.

lost a tooth today!

Winter has finally arrived in the Quad Cities!

North of us, in Minnesota,

it is -41*F...

colder than the -16*F in Siberia!

I even had frost on the inside

of the house this morning!

12-26-2017 Second KEP

Finished knitting my second KEP today!

On this one, I experimented with shapes

that were more 'organic'

instead of the traditional

'geometric' shapes of Fair Isle.

Here is the first and second KEP side by side...

you can really see the difference 

that washing and blocking makes

to smooth and even out the stitches!
