A coincidence?

4-6-2017 Stephen West

Was sooooo blessed to attend a knitting class

internationally renowned

knitwear designer!

He is posing in my DOODLER shawl

that I knitted from his pattern

and wore today.

He called it a "shlanket."

(Shawl/blanket)

Wish the dim interior lighting

had not blurred the photo.

I gave him my favorite bracelet

that I wear every day,

my CBA Dicroic.

Hope he like it enuf to wear it once in a while!

Excited to start another pattern of his!

3-26-2017 Quaker Steak and Lube

Had lunch at this Quaker Steak and Lube

in Wisconsin yesterday

after attending the knife show.

It brought to mind a lunch date years ago

at another Quaker Steak and Lube

in Cincinnati OH

to meet a dear online forum friend for the first time.

DH & I were blessed to have her show is around town

as we were considering Cincinnati as a possible place to retire!

Thank you, my dear, for that day together.

(You know who you are!)

It was so wonderful to meet you (and your husband) in person!
