A store in Denver that was open on Mother's day...

and I bought some oracle and tarot card decks...

my self-care tools...

As we left Denver and headed west 

into and across the mountains

it was snowing...

still climbing...

Ahh, hell no...

no turning back now...

gulp...

still climbing...

...up to the tree-line (between 11,00-12,000 feet elevation)...

...run-away truck ramps...

Vail ski village

Finally arriving in Grand Junction, CO to stay the night,

we decided to go to the historic downtown

to check it out and were delighted with

lots of street art!

Walking through downtown Grand Junction was the perfect way

to stretch our legs after a LONG day of driving!!!

Well, I could go on, but you get the idea...

lots and lots of public/street art!!!
