DH and I attended a play
at our GD's kindergarten classroom today:
The Mitten
She was one of the 4 narrators
and did a fantastic job!
We are so proud of her!

Not happy with my painting of this bird
or of the flowers and leaves...
but I'm not mad about it...
it's a learning process
and I'm a beginner!
At least it's recognizable as a hummingbird

1-19-2020 Hawaiian Pizza
...for dinner...
I made some pizza dough
from a free recipe on the internet
and it was really good:
160g warm water
1 tsp. Red Star instant yeast
1/2 TBS. sugar
1 TBS. olive oil
3/8 tsp, salt
220g flour (I used bread flour)
Mix together,
knead a bit,
let rise until double
punch down and roll out
(makes enough dough for one 12" pizza)
top with sauce and toppings
(I did ham, pineapple, mozzarella and italian seasoning)
bake at 450*F 10-15 min.
