This project was supposed to be done using watercolor paint...

but it would not adhere to the surface of this page, 

so I ended up using color pencils (which I hate!) 

and pretty much gave up on the piece. 

Danny Gregory had reviewed some 

inexpensive gel gouache that he loves, 

so I bought some and tried it on this piece, 

and while I'm not thrilled with the end result, 

I'm calling this one done! Movin' on...
